The environment is the foundation of our curriculum in Early Childhood. Classrooms are designed to be child-centered, attractive and interesting. Learning centers are set up in the classrooms so that small groups and individual children can explore different materials related to the study of math, science, art, and language while teachers observe and interact with the children and the materials to provide opportunities to balance both shared and independent learning experiences. Other centers that foster our student’s learning are the block center, the drama center, the library/quiet corner and the art corner. The learning centers provide opportunities for your child to develop self confidence and practice decision-making in each center with guidance. Our teachers also incorporate theme-related materials.Part of the role of the teacher is one of observer. Teachers assess our students’ abilities and plan activities and centers to challenge the students’ critical thinking skills.
Through our Learning Program, your preschooler is encouraged to progress at his/her own pace according to individual needs and abilities.
